JDY BMW G8X S58 4-Inch Downpipe

Description

Engineered for maximum performance and precision fitment, the? JDY 4-inch Downpipe? for BMW S58 engines delivers a significant improvement in exhaust flow, turbo response, and overall efficiency ¡ª while maintaining OEM-level integration and reliability. Available in Catless ?and Sport-Cat? configurations, this system is designed for both track enthusiasts and performance street builds , offering a perfect balance between power, sound, and durability. Key Features 1. Seamless Compatibility JDY¡¯s 4-inch downpipe is designed to perfectly mate with the factory twin-turbo S58 system and connect directly to any aftermarket or OEM mid-pipe or cat-back exhaust without modification. 2. Premium Materials, Built to Last Constructed from 304 stainless steel? , this system offers exceptional resistance to corrosion, heat, and vibration. Whether exposed to moisture, oil, or extreme exhaust temperatures, the JDY downpipe retains structural integrity, ensuring long-term performance and reliability. 3. Optimized Flow & Thermal Efficiency • Both Catless and Sport-Cat versions are treated with a high-temperature ceramic thermal coating , minimizing engine bay heat soak and protecting nearby components. • The Sport-Cat (SN) version features a custom 200-cell high-flow catalytic converter offering superior exhaust purification while maintaining optimal flow characteristics. • Each housing is CAE-analyzed and CFD-optimized to streamline exhaust gas velocity and reduce backpressure ¡ª unlocking faster turbo spool and improved throttle response. 4. Precision Engineering & Perfect Fitment Using laser 3D scanning and CAD modeling , the JDY S58 downpipe is developed with exacting precision to maximize available space within the tight confines of the G8X chassis. 5. Advanced TIG Welding for Durability Each assembly is TIG-welded under full argon shielding to prevent oxidation and ensure dense, smooth welds inside and out. All weld seams undergo ultrasonic and non-destructive testing (NDT) to verify structural integrity. The inner welds are polished for uninterrupted airflow and reduced turbulence ¡ª essential for maintaining stable boost control at high load. 6. Universal Fit for LHD & RHD Compatible with both left-hand and right-hand drive models Technical Specifications Specification Details Material 304 Stainless Steel (06Cr19Ni10) Construction Cast + TIG Welded Main Diameter (Catless) 4.0 in (¡Ö101.6 mm) Main Diameter (Sport-Cat) 5.0 in (¡Ö130 mm) Outlet Diameter 2.75 in (¡Ö70 mm) Catalyst Type (SN) 200-cell high-flow metallic substrate Thermal Coating High-temperature ceramic Fitment Direct bolt-on, no modification Warranty 12 months manufacturing warranty Compatible Models: BMW M3 G80 (Sedan, 2019¨C ) / M3 G81 (Touring, 2021¨C ) BMW M4 G82 (Coupe, 2020¨C ) / M4 G83 (Convertible, 2020¨C ) BMW M2 G87 (Coupe, 2023¨C ) LHD / RHD Compatible
